Characteristics
and Design
1. Precision die cast brackets with a selection of bearing sizes and oil
capacity to match the loading of your application. Large oil capacity
for long trouble free life. One of the largest oil capacity brackets in
the industry is available on request, providing 3 cc. of oil per motor.
High temperature lubrication is available to extend motor life in high ambient
conditions. Locating extrusion to lamination supports line to line bearings
precision air gap for uniform performance.
2. Precision die cast aluminum rotor with controlled skew and controlled
outside diameter assures maximum performance.
3. Rotor shaft is precision ground and held to controlled finish for improved
life and quiet operation.
4. Field lamination is design to provide stable performance from the finest
annealed lamination steel available. See chart below Dimensional Drawing,
for mounting holes and stack sizes available.
5. Field bobbin winding is placed in position by the latest automated
winding equipment reducing the potential crazing or scratching of wire
in the winding of the coil. Our bobbin is wound with magnet wire utilizing
a variety of insulations to meet nearly any temperature requirement.
6. Vacuum impregnated self aligning bearings re-lubricate the shaft giving
extra long life for your many applications.
